About Me
I am a Toronto-based researcher and educator specializing in metacognition and cognitive development, focusing on designing mental frameworks that enhance pain regulation, creative problem-solving, fame generation, and transcendent cognition.
My work applies experimental techniques such as Mind Castle, Brainstorming, Focused Addiction, lucid dreaming, and mental algorithms to structure thought, improve cognitive efficiency, and study mechanisms of influence. Central to my research is the concept of the Fame Gene, a multidisciplinary model investigating how charismatic cognition interacts with social and cultural networks to generate disproportionate attention and impact.
I have taught extensively in film, creative writing, media studies, mathematics, physics, chemistry, environmental science, history, and English, and have guided neurodivergent learners by integrating traditional mental techniques with contemporary cognitive science. I have also contributed to early AI testing initiatives and participated in local education governance through candidacy for the Toronto District School Board.
Additionally, I lead The Miracle Connection, a project that experimentally maps social and cognitive networks, creating structured encounters between individuals and notable figures to study mentorship, influence, and network effects. My broader interests include the histories of food, science, and culture, viewed through the lens of applied cognitive theory.
